The company provides special materials for gas pipes to a company of China National Petroleum Corporation. According to the user's technical requirements for carbon black masterbatch, the company uses polyethylene powder with different melting index and density, by adding the specified content of carbon black powder and adding a certain amount. Antioxidant 1010 is melted and kneaded into molten polyethylene and carbon black resin in an internal mixer. After being pressurized by an extruder and a melt pump, it is filtered through a screen and then pelletized underwater. The particles are transported and cooled at the same time, the granulated particles are transported to the particle dryer for dehydration and drying. The dried polyethylene carbon black masterbatch is screened by a vibrating screen and then enters the silo for storage; it is then blended, analyzed, and packaged for storage. It has solved the customer's demand for quality and production capacity and has been recognized by customers. The client has been cooperating unanimously since 2021 to this day.
